International Aikido Demonstration in Kailua-Kona
On Saturday March 24th,
Aikido Yoshinkai Hawaii - Koryokan is proud to welcome from Japan Inoue Kancho, Chida Dojocho, and from Canada Mustard Sensei to Kailua Kona, Hawaii for an Aikido Clinic.
It will be held at the Hale Halawai Communicty Center in historical downtown Kona.
The demonstration is open to public from am10:00- 12, and admission is free.
Come and help us welcome these top Aikido instructors to the Big Island.

This seminar will be hosted in one of the most beautiful places on earth, the “Big Island” of Hawaii. The Koryokan Dojo is located in South Kona, world renown for its very potent Kona Coffee. The dojo is also close to Kealakekua Bay, which is a great place for ocean kayaking and snorkeling. It was also the place where Captain Cook met his demise. Two days of the seminar will be held at Halehalawai Community Center. Halehalawai has to be one of the best martial arts venues of all time. It is a dojo situated right on the beach in historic downtown Kona - close to restaurants, shopping, and the starting point for the Ironman triathlon 2.4 - mile swim.Visiting Sensei
The real highlights, however, are the sensei that will be here to introduce Aikido Yoshinkai to Hawaii. Inoue Kancho, Chida Dojocho, and Robert Mustard Sensei - preeminent Yoshinkan Aikido Sensei are visiting Kona to give a four-day Aikido seminar. This is a rare opportunity for those interested in Aikido to learn from, and train with, some of the top aikido practitioners in the world!
